About the Role
Lovina Zoe is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Designer (FF&E) with 3+ years of professional experience to support the sourcing, specification, and development of furnishings and finishes across high-end residential interiors. This is an intermediate-level, part-time remote role with potential to grow into a full-time position.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Support FF&E concept development, sourcing, and specification for residential projects
Prepare mood boards, furniture plans, materials palettes, and presentation decks
Create and maintain FF&E schedules, budgets, and vendor communication
Draft floor plans, elevations, and RCPs in AutoCAD
Create rendered 2D Photoshopped furniture elevations
Assist with product inquiries and procurement tracking
Collaborate remotely with the principal designer and freelance team
Develop 2D custom furniture drawings
Desired Skills & Experience
3+ years of professional interior design experience, primarily in residential
Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong sense of composition, color, scale, and materiality
Knowledge of custom, vintage, and trade sources
Passion for design and an eye for detail
Excellent Photoshop rendering ability
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of the full design process including Concept, Schematic, Design Development, Construction Documentation, Construction Administration, Procurement, and Installation
Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to adapt to the daily needs of the design team
Knowledge of Studio Designer
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
